Terms of Service

1. Orders

Placing an order through OkayPrint is an offer to purchase, which we accept when your order moves to Confirmed status. Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

2. Custom artwork

You're responsible for the rights to any artwork, logos, or designs you submit for printing. We reserve the right to decline production of any artwork that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

3. Production & delivery

Turnaround times are estimates from order confirmation, not from artwork approval. Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.

4. Corporate accounts

Corporate accounts with approved credit terms are billed per the terms agreed at onboarding. Standard payment terms apply to all other orders.

5. Limitation of liability

OkayPrint's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delayed or defective products.
