Shipping

Standard orders ship within 48 hours of production sign-off and are delivered pan-India via our logistics partners. You can track any order — placed with or without an account — from Track an Order using your order number and email.

Returns & exchanges

Because most items are custom-printed to order, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's-remorse or sizing changes on personalized products. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your approved artwork, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost.

Order issues

For anything related to a specific order — wrong item, damage in transit, a production delay — the fastest path is to submit a support request referencing your order number.
